Send us a convo to combine shipping! Shipping costs are included in each cut of fabric and we LOVE LOVE LOVE to set up custom listings for multiple pieces!
Etsy told all shop owners to offer free shipping or else they will drop us to the bottom 20% of search results. We are a small shop so we can't send everything free. That's why our shipping is incorporated into fabric cuts. Again, please message us to combine things!

Please understand that while we happily work in retail customer service, we are humans with families and we are not on duty 24/7/365. We apologize for any inconvenience but as a small business, we are unable to offer free shipping promotions as a constant policy.
We hope clients will understand that if we were to offer continuous free shipping as a policy, we would have to raise prices significantly to accommodate that.We do have notes in EVERY listing regarding custom listings so please don't hesitate to drop us a line and ask for a custom listing to combine shipping on multiple pieces. We can't enter the weight per drop down menu size selection. Etsy doesn't allow it. Thus, we have to set up custom listing. THERE ARE NO RETURNS DURING COVID19 PANDEMIC SITUATIONS.Once your fabric is cut, refunds are not possible just because you changed your mind.
It is not fair for the fabric to be cut specifically for your order and then refunded. Refunds because you did not read shop announcements are also not granted. It is the job of the customer to read any business's policies prior to purchasing and once a purchase is made, that indicates agreement to that shop's policies. We have exchanged fabric MANY TIMES when a customer realizes it won't work. If we didn't make the mistake, you must pay return shipping and shipping for the new piece.Insurance is included with priority mail packages only. If you want to insure a first class package, you must contact me first. If you are unhappy with your purchase because you failed to purchase insurance and the post office damaged or lost your package, that is still not the fault of the shop. Priority mail orders have $50 of insurance automatically. But any insurance above that or insurance for first class is the responsibility of the customer.
I exercise absolutely zero control over the procedures of the post office and the conduct of their employees. Thus, I am not liable for their mistakes and their mistakes are not a reflection on myself or my staff.AGAIN, if you have not received your parcel, please contact your local postmaster. We do not have any additional information available, and will not replace missing parcels.+ More - Less. If you need a custom listing for several smaller cuts so that you do not pay too much shipping, please let me know.We do put our fabric in plastic bags if it is in a priority envelope or a box. We don't use a plastic bag inside our Tyvek poly mailers. We know that we need extra protection for USPS mailers. We do not trust how much they throw their packages.I will happily fulfill custom orders.
Please convo me with your request. Additional yardage is sometimes, but not always, available. Please inquire if you need multiple yardage in a continuous cut.I do not discount yardage simply because you purchased several yards. This is a brick and mortar quilt shop, not a chain store. We do not receive discounts per yard from our designers just because we buy a high number of yards. Our service, willingness to do anything to help our clients match fabrics, plan projects, and more is well worth the price of our fabric.
